MARY JO DIECKHAUS

With more than twenty years experience handling investor / financial relations for international and domestic corporations, and ten years on Wall Street in security analysis, corporate finance and portfolio management,
Ms. Dieckhaus is a recognized specialist in investor relations. She is a contributor to both domestic and international financial publications and a frequent speaker at investor relations conferences. A graduate of Brown University, she is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, the International Society of Security Analysts, the AIMR, the Canadian Club of New York and the National Investor Relations Institute.



MARY HEBERT

Following 8 years in educational research and administration, Ms. Hebert entered international public relations in 1985. As a writer and editor, her diverse experience covers corporate finance, investor relations, technology, financial markets, environmental issue, marketing, politics, government relations, retailing, education, entertainment and the internet. Ms. Hebert's writings have been published in several anthologies. A former adjunct professor with the City University of New York, she is the author of a children's book, and has given readings and presentations at colleges, schools and community centers throughout the US.



JEFFREY R. McCORD

Using his economic, advisory and legislative experience, Mr. McCord has provided public relations services to numerous national and global financial institutions since 1977. As a regular contributor to Dow Jones publications, he has written several special supplements for Barron's and The Wall Street Journal on international economic issues. He has created and executed public relations, investor relations and media programs for such organizations as the Australia and New Zealand Bank, National Westminster Bank USA, KPMG Peat Marwick, and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). Mr. McCord studied economics at American University and pursued post-graduate work at the London School of Economics.


MARGARET WARDER

Ms. Warder specializes in media and speaker training. With 30 years combined corporate and agency experience, she was Vice President-Director of Burson-Marsteller's Broadcast Department prior to forming her own company, Warder Communications in 1982. She has served as an on-camera spokesperson for a wide range of consumer products and is a regular lecturer at media conferences. She has trained executives of such companies as Merrill Lynch, Putnam Investments, Microsoft, IBM, and SmithKline Beecham. Ms. Warder holds a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University.
