Mary Jo Dieckhaus
Mary Jo Dieckhaus has more than 25 years experience managing investor relations and corporate communications programs for companies in the Netherlands, Great Britain, Sweden, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and the United States, representing a variety of industries, including semiconductors, office equipment and imaging, publishing, transportation and financial services.
In 1987, she launched DD&W as a private consultancy geared toward corporate, financial and investor communications and marketing. DD&W has provided key introductions for several start-up companies in the United States and Europe, and helped established companies navigate industry and market cycles and achieve greater visibility in the US.
Prior to establishing DD&W, Mary Jo held executive positions at New York public relations agencies. As Executive Vice President of Gavin Anderson & Co., she was responsible for creating and managing the company's worldwide investor relations activities. During her tenure she was supervisory consultant to BHP, Australia's largest industrial, and Cadbury Schweppes of the UK during their NYSE offering, which were cited by Morgan Stanley as two groundbreaking efforts in major secondary offerings and listing for non-US companies. As Vice President at Burson-Marsteller, she developed special communications programs on accounting, management and other corporate/financial issue targeted to corporate chief executives and chief financial officers.
Mary Jo began her career on Wall Street as a security analyst. A graduate of Brown University, she attended graduate studies at New York University. She is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts; The Association for Investment Management and Research; The Canadian Club of New York where she serves on the Board of Governors, and the National Investor Relations Institute, where she served for four years on the Board of the New York Chapter.
